Terms of Service

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or booking services with WI Marquee Co. LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

WI Marquee Co. provides marquee letter rentals, delivery, setup, pickup, and related event services throughout Wisconsin, all subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received, and all pricing is non-negotiable and subject to applicable taxes. A valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the rental to cover potential damages, missing items, cleaning fees, late fees, or other charges as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Cancellations made fourteen (14) or more days prior to the scheduled rental date qualify for a full refund, while cancellations made fewer than fourteen (14) days prior qualify for a fifty percent (50%) refund; same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund. Clients are fully responsible for all rented items from delivery or pickup until return and agree to use equipment safely, protect it from weather, store it securely, and refrain from altering, relocating, or misusing any items once installed. Clients must immediately notify the Company of any damage, loss, or equipment malfunction. Clients acknowledge that marquee letters are electrical décor items and assume all risks associated with their use, agreeing that WI Marquee Co. LLC shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, electrical issues, or losses arising from improper use, unsafe conditions, or the actions of clients, guests, or third parties, and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company as further detailed in the signed Liability Waiver. Delivery services include professional setup when applicable, and clients are responsible for ensuring clear and timely access to delivery and pickup locations; failure to provide access may result in additional rental or delivery charges. All website content, logos, images, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of WI Marquee Co. LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, or attempt unauthorized access, and the Company reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason. WI Marquee Co. LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the website, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
